The technology laws are the sub category that would fall right under the main categories of the Intellectual Property laws.

Most of the technology attorneys would assist with the intellectual property matters as in the patent registrations, the trademark filing, many patent ideas, all copyrights, and any other trademark issues that one person could have. Some of the technology attorneys would also assist and then facilitate in the licensing, the franchising, all trade disputes, and the settling or the filing of the claims of the unfair transaction or the competition, along with being able to handle any of the other intellectual property issues one of their clients could possibly have.

Here would be some of the common technology related issues that a person could have. First off there is the internet laws, the Intellectual property issues, any Trademark disputes, patents, the domain names, the topics of the copyrights, any kind of cyber crimes, this would also be including the Software and Computer contracts, any trade secrets, the internet business plans along with the telecommunications and the business issues.

There are a lot of IP laws and technology laws today, there are four main intellectual property laws, they would consist of the copyright laws, the patent laws, any of the trademark laws along with the trade secret laws.
